Here you will find the full details of our shipping & returns policy. This means that, as the customer, you know your full rights when ordering from us and how we intend to rectify any errors or discrepancies for you.

Where We Deliver

Delivery must be to the credit card holders address. However, prior arrangement made with So Low Suspension can update this. If so, details can be given in the notes section of your order. You can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries need signing for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Get It Faster

If you select “Get if Faster”, your order will be prioritised to the top of the queue. We will aim to dispatch on a next-day service if ordered before noon (weekdays only).

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. However, what we charge depends on the type of product ordered. We try our best to dispatch all orders for next day delivery but please allow 3-5 working days as once the item has left the building it is out of our control.

How We Deliver

Products are generally delivered either by UK Mail or DPD.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. As a result, they cannot always be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Nevertheless, all goods are delivered within 30 days. This includes delivery to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or a European country.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. For any reason, if you do not receive all your products please call or e-mail to confirm they have been dispatched. All damaged goods must be notified to So Low Suspension as soon as reasonably possible.


So Low Suspension have a 30 day returns policy. If you are unlucky enough to have a faulty product please contact us by email: quoting your order number. At So Low Suspension, we always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We are here to help but just like you we like to go surfing and mountain biking at the weekend!

We accept cancellations up until the item has been dispatched.

In addition to your statutory rights you can return an item to us up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Your returned item must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of products that have been fitted.
